National Resophonic (2009) Model D Maple (Sunburst)

National Resophonic (2009) Model D Maple (Sunburst)

The first of National’s spider bridge wood body guitars, the Model D was introduced by National Resophonic in 2000. A maple sunburst top is complemented by conventional screened sound-hole rings and traditional coverplate. The sides are solid walnut, and a walnut laminate is used for the back. The standard Model D is a square neck with a flat lined fretless ebony fingerboard.
