Rudy's Music accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, Cashier's Check, Certified Checks, Wire-Transfers and Personal Checks (WITH PROPER ID AND CLEARANCE)

Shipping Policies

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. The customer pays shipping & handling charges. Customs issues are the customer's responsibility. For domestic shipments, we ship UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed by the customer. International orders are generally shipped UPS Air. We can ship using FedEx at the customer's request.

Return Policies

We guarantee that all instruments displayed on our website are accurately described according to our expert staff's inspection. Before you decide to purchase an instrument from us, please make sure that you have read and understand our policies regarding returns.

All guitars and basses: There is a 24 approval period - upon receipt of the product - for all shipped items. If you are not satisfied, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product to arrange return. After 24 hours, the sale is considered to be final and can not be reversed. If an item is authorized for return, the customer pays shipping charges both ways, and a 10% restocking fee will be incurred.

Amps:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO returns on amplifiers.
